Refund policy

You can request a refund if an item is defective, not as described, missing accessories or damaged in shipping.
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Please provide complete photo/video evidence.
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of delivery — items are secondhand, so please check their condition as soon as they arrive.
If the inspection photos at our China warehouse don't match the description, you can decline to pay the remaining 30% and Yufiz will help you return the item to the seller.

Yufiz is an intermediary purchasing platform. When you order, you pay 70% of the order value upfront.
Yufiz doesn't accept items banned from import under Vietnamese law (weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods…).
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to customs clearance or holidays in China.
