How to keep costs down
- Pick listings with free domestic shipping to remove one line from your quote.
- Check the weight first. International shipping is per kilogram, so light, compact items cost less to bring over.
- Think twice about very cheap items. The 100.000₫ minimum service fee is a large share of their total cost.
- Avoid peak seasons such as 11/11, 12/12 and Lunar New Year if you need the item soon: the usual 7–10 days can stretch longer.
Refunds and referrals
After delivery you have 24 hours to request a refund for defective items, items not as described, missing accessories or shipping damage. Details in our refund policy.
Invite friends to Yufiz with your referral link and earn 5% of the service fee on every order they place, credited to your Yufiz wallet when your friend's order is complete (delivered + the 24-hour return window has passed).
Pricing questions
What does a Yufiz order cost?
Four parts: the item price converted at 1¥ = 3.950₫, China domestic shipping charged by the seller, a 3% service fee (minimum 100.000₫) and international shipping at 60.000₫/kg. Everything appears in your quote before you pay a deposit.
How is shipping from China to Vietnam calculated?
International shipping is charged by the parcel's actual weight: 60.000₫/kg, minimum 60.000₫ per order. It includes delivery to your address in Vietnam.
Why do cheap items still pay the minimum service fee?
Every order, however small, needs the same steps: translating the listing, talking to the seller, receiving and inspecting the item. The 100.000₫ minimum covers that work. For low-value items, check the total cost before ordering.
Do Taobao and Xianyu orders cost differently?
No. Yufiz applies the same fee schedule to Xianyu, Taobao and Tmall links.
Does the exchange rate change daily?
Yufiz uses one fixed listed rate, 1¥ = 3.950₫, for every order — it doesn't move hourly like bank rates. If the listed rate is adjusted, this page and new quotes update accordingly.
